Breathing is the Key to Health
#1 Source of Energy
Breath is essential for Life! How you breathe is how you live.
Breathing not only fuels our body, but when practiced consciously, it balances the body-mind connection, bringing health and vitality from the inside-out. Breathing is our number one source of energy, providing the essential oxygen our bodies need to function optimally. Every breath we take fuels our cells, helping to produce the energy required for daily activities and overall vitality. When we breathe deeply and consciously, we enhance this energy flow, revitalizing both our body and mind. By prioritizing our breath, we tap into a limitless source of energy that empowers us to live life to the fullest. Lead with your breath.

Improve Healing
A recent discovery has shown that lungs are capable of producing up to 50% of the platelet cells in the body. Breath is medicine. Breathing can boost natural healing and immune response.
Calm Mind
Slow conscious breathing is the easiest and fastest way to calm your mind and become present, respond rather than react, and improve focus and attention.
Better Sleeping
Many new clinical studies show that breathing techniques are an effective way to aid insomnia and other sleep disorders.

New to Breathing
Conscious Breathing
We take an estimated 20,000 breaths a day. Breathing involuntary is your body’s reminder that it knows how to take care, even when our minds are busy.
But when we choose to bring awareness to this natural rhythm, something shifts. We turn an unconscious act into a powerful tool for healing and connection. Breathing can be a practice that nurtures both mind, body and heart, bringing calm, clarity, and renewal.

“After a few minutes of really good conscious breathing last night, and being mindful of everything I could remember from the class, I had a solid 5+ hours of great sleep- I normally am lucky to get 2 consecutive hours at a time!!! I'm excited for more."

Alex Huston did a fantastic job teaching my grade 3 students guided breathing exercises and practical tools they can use in their daily lives. She was incredibly friendly, approachable, and kept the students engaged throughout the entire session. Her ability to connect with young people and explain techniques in a relatable way made a real impact.
Alex provided valuable strategies to help students manage stress, anxiety, and even improve their sleep. The breathing techniques and mindfulness tools she shared are things they can take with them into everyday situations—whether it’s before a test, when they’re feeling overwhelmed, or simply to wind down at night.
I am so grateful for the calm, positive energy she brought and the lasting benefits she offered my students.”

“I was gifted a breathwork session from Alex following the death of my eldest daughter to help me navigate a fearful pregnancy after loss. The skills and techniques I learned helped me work through trauma, triggers and a beautiful unmedicated induction to bring our littlest girl safely earthside. I am very grateful for Alex and the knowledge she shared and would recommend her classes to anyone working through anxiety, fear, depression and/or pain whether you are pregnant or not.”
